Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times
- Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations
- Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment.
- Re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
- Correctly dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Ability to use a coffee maker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
